We’re committed to providing you with a luxury experience and that includes respectful communication and clear expectations. Please review the following policies before your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens - we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Unpaid balances must be settled before booking future appointments.
To cancel or reschedule, please call the salon directly. Cancellations via text, email, or social media DMs will not be accepted.
REFUNDS, REDOS & RETAIL RETURNS
We take great pride in our work and want you to love your hair. If you're not 100% satisfied, please contact your stylist or the salon owner within 7 days of your appointment to request an adjustment. If appropriate, we’ll schedule a complimentary redo.
Please note:
We do not offer refunds on services.
Opened retail products may be returned within 14 days.
Unopened products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
We love kids, but Lush is not a safe or suitable environment for little ones during your appointment. The salon is filled with hot tools, sharp equipment, and chemical services. For the safety of your child, yourself, and others, please arrange childcare before your appointment.
Bringing children may result in a same-day cancellation and applicable rescheduling fees.

MENU DETAILS
All full color services include a complimentary haircut or conditioning treatment, along with a wash and style. Prices listed are base pricing and may vary based on:
Hair length and density
Color corrections
Extra color or time needed
Your stylist will provide a full quote before beginning your service.
